My terms of service

What are the terms of service? The Terms of Service constitute a contract between us. The Terms include the provisions set forth in this document and in the Privacy Policy, User Guidelines and other terms or conditions that we may present and accept from time to time in relation to specific Service offerings (collectively referred to as "Terms of service "or" Terms "). If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to access or use our Service or to purchase any product or service from the MegaBux you register with or use our Service, or purchase any product or service, you will be deemed to confirm your acceptance of the Terms and your acceptance to be part of this binding contract. By using the Service and purchasing any product on the MegaBux website, you acknowledge, This document describes in detail your rights and our rights related to the provision of the Service and the operation of the MegaBux website, so please review these Terms carefully.

Will these Terms of Service ever change? Changes in these Terms of Service are almost certainly due to changes in our Services and system. If we make a change, we will do our best to notify you in advance, although in some situations, such as when a change is required to satisfy applicable legal requirements, an update to these Terms may need to be effective immediately. We will announce the changes here on our site, and we may also choose to notify you of the changes by sending an email to the address you have provided to us. We will also try to explain the reasons for the change. 1. User account 1.1. Transferring or selling accounts is prohibited. 1.2. Since your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. Keeping it secure is your responsibility, we will not be responsible for any incorrect access to your account due to incorrect password management. 1.3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will result in the cancellation of all of them. This also applies to the identification of your payment processor account, which must be unique and must not be shared with another user. 1.4. Only a computer account can see ads. If more than one account on a single computer sees ads, all those accounts will be permanently suspended. 1.5. You can only see ads with an IP address within a 24-hour period. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login. Any attempt to do otherwise may result in the termination of your account. Logging in from proxy servers or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to, schools, LAN homes, internet cafes, etc.) is not permitted. 1.6. Your email addresses will not be displayed or sold under any circumstances. 1.7. MegaBux  will not modify the user's account information based on the user's request. Requests for change of upline and username will be rejected. 1.8. Users who use false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended. Be sure to provide your real name and address as they are on your payment processor accounts, in terms of mismatch, your withdrawal request may be denied and your account may be suspended. 1.9. Members must log in at least once every 30 days to stay active. Inactive account termination is irreversible and any account balance, membership, points and referrals will be forfeited, but you will still be able to log in after being happy to activate your account again within 90 days, also note that advertising credits they will remain as I understand that most advertisers sometimes forget to log in every 30 days. 1.10. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily inactive and will be permanently deleted after 90 days of inactivity. If an inactive user did not complete the email modification within 120 hours of registration, their account will be deleted. 2. References 2.1. You can refer as many people as you want. 2.2. Each of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address. 2.3. You should not send unsolicited emails or force any other person to become your referral. False advertising of any kind will not be tolerated. You also cannot use any service that tries to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and will result in termination of the account. 2.4. A reference can never modify the reference member. 2.5. You can only rent referrals when available and within the limits of your current membership. Having more referrals than the allowed amount will result in deactivation of the earnings of all referrals above your limit. 2.6. MegaBux  is not responsible for referral activity and cannot predict average clicks, and when you buy / rent referrals you know it. 2.7. The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly. However, depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours. 2.8. The number of references is limited according to the referrer's membership. Users can see the limit on the reference list page and the update page. 2.9. Members must visit at least 4 ads a day to receive revenue from their referrals.

3. FORUMS, GENERAL USER BEHAVIOR 3.1. You have access to read the Forum, except in private areas. 3.2. You can post on the forums after completing the registration process and logging in. 3.3. We do not tolerate racism, sexism, or abusive comments from our members. Debates and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate rude attitudes, name calling, pointless inflammatory posts towards our members or our staff. 3.4. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users. 3.5. All types of advertising, attempts to obtain referrals, money offers / exchanges / requests and the offer or request for services are prohibited in Forum posts / topics. It is also prohibited to send spam messages to the forum with meaningless messages, duplicate topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, links to social websites and instant message IDs. 3.6. Any unproven allegation, intimidation, threat, or disrespect against MegaBux and / or MegaBux staff / assistants, here or elsewhere, will be deemed disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum, as well as the permanent suspension of your account. , temporary suspension of membership or any other benefit. 3.7. Posting topics or messages that may be directly or indirectly harmful to MegaBux, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered offensive and may lead to the suspension of forum privileges. 3.8. The forum is not for advertising purposes, but we allow 1 link.

4. Announcements 4.1. You, as a user, can only earn from each ad once every 24 hours. 4.2. We accept any type of advertising, except pages that break frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult content, illegal, contain any type of multi-level offers or contain referral sales. Also, any ad that uses the name MegaBux is not allowed for unrelated services. Your advertised website should load in 10 seconds as the progress bar that counts the exposure period will start by then. Your advertised website must be able to support multiple visits per second. 4.3. We reserve the right to deny any ad that we do not believe is shown.

5. Anti-cheating policy 5.1. Every attempt, in any way, to hack the system will be logged. 5.2. Sometimes we will notify you, sometimes not. Either way, when you request payment, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination. 5.3. You may not use anything that automates tasks or clicks ads for you, including but not limited to software, plug-ins, scripts, or autoclicker. 5.4. The end result of any hacking attempt is account suspension. 5.5. Every attempt to create fake accounts will be logged and the profits from the fake accounts will be canceled.

6. Payments to users 6.1. All payments will be made through Payeer, Neteller, Skrill, AdvCash, Btc, Perfect Money. There is no other payment method available at this time. You can only request that an unlimited amount be paid to the payment processor you have used to make the most of your money purchases. The maximum amount you can request from the other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you have made through them individually. In the event that the value of purchases is equal between two or more payment processors, you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the pair. 6.2. We will process payments within 7 business days. Non-working days are Saturdays and Sundays, as well as all international holidays. 6.3. The minimum amount paid is $ 2.00. A small fee may be deducted from the amount paid depending on the payment processor you use. 6.4. You can only request one payment at a time. 6.5. You must have a correct or existing Payeer email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be canceled. 6.6. Users must accept payments made to their Payeer accounts within 30 calendar days or they will be canceled and will not be refunded. 6.7. Any refund of any payment we send to you will be ignored and will not be added back to your account or sent again. 6.8. You cannot send your money to someone else's payment processor account, even if they are members of your family. I only know the MegaBux account holder and their full name must match the full name on the payment processor account. Also for security reasons, the payment processor email addresses used for withdrawal should be the same as the payment processor email addresses used for the deposit. 6.9 - It does not matter if your account has been suspended / limited by the payment processor or if someone has hacked it or if you cannot access it for any other reason. You cannot yet withdraw cash to another account, unless you make a deposit in the new account at least equal to the amount deposited by the old account. 6.10 - If you have used multiple accounts within a single payment processor to make deposits, you can withdraw cash from the account from which you made the largest deposit. Again, if there are equal deposits, you can have unlimited withdrawals for any of them. Any attempt to tamper with the system may result in the suspension of your account. Sharing / posting your payment voucher in the forum is essential before requesting your next withdrawal. 6.13. There are no deposit requirements before withdrawal. 6.14. 7. Payments to MegaBux. 7.1. All payments must be made using the links available in the (My Account) section of MegaBux. 7.2. All payments are non-refundable. 7.3. All payments made to MegaBux Skrill, Neteller, AdvCash Btc or Payeer do not need to be made from verified accounts and payment will be accepted from unverified accounts. 7.4. All chargebacks or reverse transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension. 7.5. Members who deposit with Perfect Money are entitled to charge a maximum of 200% to Perfect Money. 7.6. Members can request payment ONLY with the same payment processor as when they made their deposit. 7.7. Non-investor members can withdraw ONLY through Payeer.

8. Refund policy 8.1. All purchased items are non-refundable as they are delivered instantly upon purchase. We document logs of all orders, transactions, devices, and IP addresses. 8.2. In the event that the user opens a dispute against MegaBux for a purchased item, it will lead to the immediate suspension of the account and the prohibition of devices / IP addresses of our platforms. 8.3. The upgrade purchase is non-refundable. 8.4. The purchase of exposure packs and clicks for your ads are non-refundable. 8.5. Purchases of display packages for your banners are non-refundable. 8.6. Rented referral purchases are non-refundable 8.6. Direct referral purchases are non-refundable. 8.7. Special package purchases are non-refundable

9. Suspension of account 9.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason, including, but not limited to, failure to comply with our Terms of Service. 9.2. All balances on all suspended accounts will be reset, all references will be removed, and no refunds will be granted. 9.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you will not be able to register with the same username or use the same email addresses in a new account. 9.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 90 days of inactivity. 9.5. We will not delete user accounts when requested for any reason, whether they are active, canceled or suspended.

10. Responsibility 10.1 MegaBux will not be responsible for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to MegaBux and, therefore, that are beyond our control. 10.2 MegaBux reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, including rates, special offers, benefits and rules, among others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services at any time and without prior notice. 10.3 MegaBux is not responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes all providers that we depend on. 10.4 MegaBux is not responsible for any tax payments on what you receive from us. It is your responsibility to declare what you received and pay your country's taxes.

11. Advertising claims 11.1 Due to the nature of the Internet and the free service offered, MegaBux cannot verify advertised claims. MegaBux users should exercise caution before entering information or paying for advertised services. MegaBux recommends visiting the FTC website and Consumer.gov for the latest scams and ways to protect yourself.

12. Spam 12.1 Spam is not allowed. If your account is found to be sending spam, it will be removed without notice. You will not be able to register again.

12.2 MegaBux does not allow the forum to be used to send announcements. Members who use these services to send spam, ask users to join the programs, encourage members to request more information, or in some way use of these services for promotion may revoke their access to the forum. Repeated offenses will result in account suspension and / or permanent ban. 12.3 We have family friendly websites. Anyone who is abusing other members, or creating an environment that is not family friendly will be fired.

It is forbidden to distribute, resell, recode, modify or copy MegaBux at any time. All rights, titles and interests in and for the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of MegaBux and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms entitles you to use the MegaBux name or any of the trademarks, logos, domain names and other distinctive features of the MegaBux brand other than the MegaBux promotion.
